This is a hands-on role working across insurance and government projects, including after-hours response work. The business has recently secured major contracts and is experiencing strong operational growth. You will be responsible for delivering restoration works in line with IICRC standards and industry best practice, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. This role requires proven industry experience - this is not an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities Deliver restoration services across insurance and government projects Respond to after-hours emergency call-outs as required Operate restoration equipment and apply IICRC best practice standards Complete digital reporting and documentation Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders Maintain compliance with WHS and company procedures Work independently and within a collaborative team Skills & Experience Essential Proven restoration industry experience Current IICRC certification White Card Strong understanding of IICRC standards and industry best practice Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office & digital reporting systems) Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, professional and dependable Police Check (mandatory) Highly Regarded ITI, NORMI or relevant trade certifications WHS qualifications Experience working on insurance or government projects Salary & Benefits $80,000 super Overtime paid On-call service allowance Company vehicle provided Bonus structure in place Above-industry salary package Full induction and onboarding program Working Conditions 38-hour week (8:30am - 5:00pm) After-hours on-call roster required Immediate start available * Flexible hours required due to emergency response nature of industry About the company The employer is an IICRC-certified restoration business operating within the insurance and government sectors.
